"A vibrant series full of bright colours and music preschoolers will love." — Common Sense Media

Alma is a proud Bronx-born, Puerto Rican girl living her fast-paced city life. As the audience, we are Alma’s best friend and confidant. She tells us her secrets, shares her feelings and challenges, and adds colourful commentary to her life’s moments, big and small. Alma doesn’t know what she doesn’t know, and her confidence can sometimes get her into trouble. But that’s okay, because Alma is just beginning to put concepts together and think on her own.

A series created by actor and writer Sonia Manzano, who positively impacted the lives of generations as Maria on Sesame Street, breaking new ground as one of the first Latino characters on national television.
