SOFT CENTRE comes to the Ritz for a showcase of experimental screen works. A/V provocateurs - friendships - present ‘FISHTANK’, an 11 movement live audiovisual world documenting a cyclical state of merging realities; a motion of slipping down hole and clawing yourself back. Featuring guest performances by Limerence, Nate Lust and Bunny. 

Serwah Attafuah and SOFT CENTRE restage the acclaimed Sydney Opera House commission ‘APOTHEOSIS’, a real time motion capture performance with live composition by ptwiggs and movement by Lydia Kivela.

Notorious AI TikTok personality - codex - offers insights into their advanced language mods, image generators and anime lore through a bespoke ‘shitpost’.

Eek, Joel Spring, Garden Reflexxx and Kalanjay Dhir present experimental mixed-media shorts, spanning 3D animation, scratch film, desktop doco and live Twitch streams. Finally, we are thrilled to invite esteemed Iranian sound artist Sote back to SOFT CENTRE for a special AV collaboration with visual artist Tarik Barri, originally commissioned by CTM festival.
